I did the Blueprint session with Ruth on Saturday, 14/1/2023, it was absolutely amazing. I didn't know I would feel anything as it’s a long distance, but wow I could feel the energy surging through my feet to my stomach and chest, definitely cleared some old negative stuck energy realising, I feel absolutely great since then, highly recommend it, and Ruth is such a fantastic beautiful soul too, loved the whole session, thanks again, Ruth.
