I felt immense positive vibrations and energy while attending the session with Mrs. Ruth which has definitely progressed in my spiritual journey. This energy session was completely new to me as it was the first time I experienced it, so I am grateful to Mrs. Ruth for including me in her class. Mrs. Ruth's behavior is kind and generous; she takes group classes with a sense of sympathy, respect, and gratitude towards all.
