My name is Ruth, and I am from Germany. I am a Quantum Field Intuitive Coach, and my soul mission is to aid the ascension of humanity into the golden age.
Emotional health is so important. So easily, we get triggered, and old emotional patterns come up. Often we don’t even realize how much we are still carrying with us. It is so important to look at our emotions and heal them. If we don’t look at and heal them, they will manifest in the body as a sickness. Old emotions will keep coming up until they are looked at and released. Also, taking responsibility for our emotional well-being is so important. We can’t keep blaming the government, our circumstances, or others for our emotional well-being. We need to take responsibility, which is how we can change it. Our health and life improve as we deal with our emotions and let them go.
Who will do it if we don’t take care of ourselves? How do you expect to be present and support your loved ones if you are still dealing with old traumas and wounds?
During the session, you will receive practical tips for dealing with and transmuting unpleasant emotions. I will also be giving you the Lemurian energy. This will help you release old emotional baggage and beliefs that no longer serve you.
